1.1 Where are you located?

JaDazzles is located at #151 Mackey Street, Nassau, Bahamas.

1.2 How Do I Place An Order?
  1. Add items to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping Bag" button in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button on the bottom right hand side.
  4. Select "Register" to create a store account or "Check out as guest" and complete the required fields. If you do not have a Zip Code, enter 00000 in the zip code field. If you already have an account with  us, enter your login credentials in the "Registered Customers" section.
  5. On the Shipping Method screen, select your desired method and proceed. For Family Island customers, please select your desired shipping method/freight forwarder. If your desired method is not listed, please call us at 394-2825 to make arrangements.
  6. Select your payment method and proceed to checkout.

Once you have completed the entire checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

 

*Please note that freight carrier charges may apply depending on the shipping method chosen. The customer assumes the responsibility of these charges.

1.3 Where is my order being shipped from?

All items on our site are in stock and shipped from our warehouse in Nassau, Bahamas and available for immediate delivery, there is no need to wait for deliveries from out of the the country. 

1.4 How do I know that I am ordering the correct size?

Our size chart is a general guide. Please note that some items may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. Feel free to contact us at any time if you need assistance with determining size for a specific item.

1.5 What are your Customer Service Hours of Operation?
